Endeavours:
- We started a new devotional in the focus neighborhood of Rutland. The theme was around "True Happiness" we share our though around the quotes and prayers. This was followed by a disused how to draw others into this space and a date was set for the next one.
- The Lion's Project, teaching campaign team gathered together to continue its plans. A few adults and youth will be gathering on the 23rd and 24th for a weekend of prayers, study and outreach/home visits to youth to extending an invite to the upcoming summer campaign. This wknd will be followed by an Info night on the 26th.
- What was to be an evening of mowing the lawn turned into a opportunity to continue to build on the relationships we are trying to make with our neighbors. It started with one of my neighbors coming over to talk, then his wife joined us followed by a 2nd neighbor, eventually there were six of us. By the time we went our separate ways an invite had been extended to me to visit one of the families on Canada Day.
During the expansion phase we would like to have at least one home/space open each day, for friends to gather together for prayers.
